Lawn Bandit Liability Disclaimer

Lawn Bandit provides pet waste removal services as described at the time of signup.

By scheduling service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Lawn Bandit is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents caused by pets on the property.

• Customers must secure pets during service to ensure safety.

• Lawn Bandit is not liable for damage to grass, plants, or yard surfaces caused by pet waste, weather conditions, or hidden objects in the yard.

• Customer must provide safe, unobstructed access to the yard.

• Lawn Bandit is not responsible for gates, locks, or latches malfunctioning before or after service.

• Services may be rescheduled for severe weather, unsafe conditions, or inaccessible yards.

• Customers acknowledge that heavy waste accumulation may require surcharge fees beyond standard pricing.

• Lawn Bandit is not responsible for illness or health issues related to dog waste that existed on the property prior to service.

• All services are performed at the customer’s own risk and at their request.

By continuing service, the customer agrees to the terms, policies, and procedures outlined by Lawn Bandit.
