Terms of Service

SERVICES PROVIDED

Lawn Bandit will:

  • Remove and bag all visible dog waste from your yard

  • Dispose of waste properly

  • Close gates after each visit

  • Provide service on your scheduled day

  • Notify you of issues (access, aggressive pets, unsafe yard conditions)

  • Add-ons will be performed as listed.

B. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the yard

  • Ensure gates are unlocked (or provide codes)

  • Keep dogs secured during visit

  • Maintain reasonable yard conditions (grass not overgrown, debris manageable)

  • Notify us of changes (new dog, change in yard access, moving, vacations)

C. BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • All services require auto-pay via credit card or ACH.

  • Billing is processed on the day of service or monthly, depending on your plan.

  • Declined payments must be updated within 48 hours to avoid service interruption.

  • Prices are based on number of dogs, frequency, yard condition, and add-ons.

D. SKIP / CANCEL POLICY

  • Customer-requested skips must be submitted 24 hours before service.

  • Skip requests made after arrival will still be charged.

  • If service is skipped for 2+ weeks, a one-time catch-up fee may apply.

  • Cancelling service requires 7 days’ notice.

E. WEATHER POLICY

  • Heavy snow, ice, or dangerous storms may prevent full cleanup.

  • We will return the next available day or your next service day.

  • Large post-storm accumulation may incur a small surcharge (see below).

F. HEAVY ACCUMULATION SURCHARGE

  • If waste accumulates due to skipped weeks, vacation, or weather delays, a $20–$50 surcharge may apply depending on severity.

  • We will notify you first.

G. LIABILITY & PET SAFETY

Lawn Bandit is not responsible for:

  • Injuries caused by aggressive pets

  • Medical issues related to waste in your yard

  • Damage to lawns due to heavy accumulation or environmental conditions

  • Items hidden under grass or debris that may get damaged during cleanup

  • We always close gates before leaving — but customer must confirm gates/latches are functioning.

H. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Lawn Bandit may pause or terminate service if:

  • The yard is unsafe

  • Animals are aggressive

  • Customer repeatedly misses payments

  • Access is consistently blocked
