Skip, Cancel, Weather Policies
Skip Policy (Customer-Requested Skips)
Must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.
Skipped weeks are non-refundable. Subscription pricing is based on consistent service — when a week is skipped, waste accumulates, and the following visit requires additional time and effort to restore your yard. Either way, that work still gets done.
If you skip more than 2 consecutive weeks, a catch-up fee ($20–$50) may apply depending on buildup.
Vacation Holds
If you leave for vacation:
You may pause service at no cost
You must notify us before you leave
If waste is excessive upon return, a post-vacation cleanup fee may apply
Cancel Policy
Cancel anytime. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next month’s charge
Weather Policy
We work in rain, heat, cold, and wind.
Services may be delayed or rescheduled only for:
Lightning
Heavy snow/ice
Severe storms
Unsafe driving conditions
If snow covers the yard, we will service:
What we can access
As much as is visible
Remaining waste will be removed at next visit
If weather prevents service entirely:
We will return within 48 hours
Or complete the job on your next scheduled day
You are never charged for days we skip due to severe weather
