Skip, Cancel, Weather Policies

Skip Policy (Customer-Requested Skips)

  • Must be requested 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

  • Skips requested after arrival → full charge still applies.

  • If you skip more than 2 weeks, a catch-up fee ($20–$50) may apply.

  • Weekly clients skipping → yard may require a one-time cleanup surcharge depending on buildup.

Vacation Holds

If you leave for vacation:

  • You may pause service at no cost

  • You must notify us before you leave

  • If waste is excessive upon return, a post-vacation cleanup fee may apply

Cancel Policy

  • Cancel anytime before the next month’s billing

  • You will not be charged beyond your final scheduled visit

  • If your yard requires a final heavy cleanup, it may be billed at the one-time cleanup rate

Weather Policy

  • We work in rain, heat, cold, and wind.

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled only for:

    • Lightning

    • Heavy snow/ice

    • Severe storms

    • Unsafe driving conditions

  • If snow covers the yard, we will service:

    • What we can access

    • As much as is visible

    • Remaining waste will be removed at next visit

    • A winter accumulation fee may apply

  • If weather prevents service entirely:

    • We will return within 48 hours

    • Or complete the job on your next scheduled day

    • You are never charged for days we skip due to severe weather
